Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to the symposium secretariat via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please pay attention to the following refund policy: Email on or before August 25, 2023; 50% of the amount refundable.

Invoice if required by delegates: the request has to be made before payment is done. Details to be submitted for invoice: Full Name with National Identity Card number, Registration fee to be paid, Name of company/institution who will pay the Registration Fee, Business Registration Number of the company, Postal Address, Invoice amount, currency of invoice and any other details that the funding institution would require to appear on the invoice.
Invoice for the Registration Fee will be issued prior to payment only.
